This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Gummy Dash (“the App”) handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

Information we do NOT collect

The App does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, or contacts.

Your in-game player name, progress, coins, and settings are stored only on your device (local storage). This data is never sent to us or to any server.

Information collected through advertising

The App shows ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process:

• Advertising ID and device identifiers
• Approximate location (derived from your IP address)
• App interaction and ad-engagement data
• Diagnostic and crash information

This data is used to display relevant ads and measure their performance. As the developer, we do not receive your personal data — only aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

Google’s handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can review how Google uses data from apps that use its services here.

Your choices

• You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
• Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data (name, progress, coins).

Data security

Any data transmitted for advertising is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above always reflects the latest version.
